Grief was never meant to be carried in silence.
Healing Hearts Halo is a group of like minded people, that meets virtually twice a month. It is a safe space to connect with others in grief. This group is not therapy or advice-giving; it is a place of love and witnessing.
Our group guidelines are:
- Speak from the heart; listen with compassion.
- No fixing, advice, or interruptions
- Confidentiality is sacred.
- Everyone is welcome just as they are.
Together, we will explore your feelings and create a safe space for you to express and understand your grief.

Rituals to Help You Honor, Heal & Remember is a gentle group that offers a sacred space to connect with others in grief.
🕯️ Grief Ritual: A sacred practice to honor your grief and reconnect with your loved one in symbolic, spiritual ways.
💬 Intention Circle: Gentle teaching + journaling to help you set spiritual and emotional intentions for your healing path.
🤍 Grief Circle: A soul-safe space to share, witness, or simply sit in the presence with others. No fixing. No pressure. Just compassion.
(It is offered virtually every Quarter in four-weekly sessions, each 90 minutes long.)
